About Us
Built From Hard Work, Family and a Love for the Dirt
Rob Wise has been playing in the dirt his entire life. From riding tractors as a young boy to building one of the area’s most respected construction and septic companies, Wise has always followed his passion for big trucks, heavy equipment and hands-on work.
After graduating from Boerne High School in 2000, Rob went straight into the workforce and spent several years working for a septic company. In 2004, he took a leap of faith and started his own business with little more than an F150, a chainsaw and a wheelbarrow. His first jobs included fencing, landscaping, excavation and whatever work he could find. With the support of his wife, Amy, Rob continued building the business one job at a time.
Around 2008, the company shifted its focus toward septic services as demand increased. Since then, RW Construction & Septic has continued to grow, expanding its capabilities to include septic installation and service, excavation, land clearing, road building and more.
Family has always been an important part of Rob’s journey. His father joined the business in 2009 to build the septic service side of the company. After losing his father in 2018, Rob carried that part of the business forward while continuing to build on the foundation they created together.
Today, RW Construction & Septic has grown to include 14 trucks, seven trailers and five tractors. But for Rob, success is about much more than equipment. It is about caring for customers, supporting his employees and giving every project the attention it deserves.
Rob believes what separates RW Construction & Septic from the competition is simple: he cares. His team takes pride in quality finish work and leaves properties looking better than they found them. That commitment, along with long-term employees and strong community support, has helped turn a childhood passion into a thriving local business.
What started with a young boy and a love for tractors has become a company built on hard work, family, relationships and a genuine passion for what they do.
